Drinks alot of water for healthy skin

With the environmental and climates condition today we are face with our daily life,
the air pollution comes from the crowded vehicles, factory, bacteria, the oily and spicy food we consumme daily and the many viruses in the open air. Many people are aware of their skin today and therefore skin care plays a majoy parts in our daily life and our overall health.

Washing your face daily with mild soap and cold water at least three times per day will help you to control oily skin. For sensitive skin used only oil free moisturizer when going to bed. For open pores use a drying facial masque at least once a week. Apply your face with warm cloth and then apply the masque on your open pores as it will help the masque to deep clean the pores.
