natural skin care for healthy skin

The most important things of looking beauty is having a healthy skin. Having a beauty and healthy skin is a life style of a person and a determination how you want your skin to be. The daily diet in what we eat. Forget or eat less fried or oily foods, take more vegetable and fruits, drinks a lots of water daily as our skin needs water to look fresh and do your daily exercise to look young.

When out shopping or in the hot sun when reach home remmember to let your skin cool down then wash it with a mild soap and cold water for the dirts to go away. Always wash your face three to four times per day and expecially going to bed. If you are using natural skin care, if you have a sensitive skin, only used oil free moisturizer as it won't hurt your skin.
